We are seeking to hire a Product Analyst responsible for developing and constructing automated conversational workflows with customers, leveraging data insights. This role also involves analyzing performance metrics and identifying optimization opportunities. You will be expected to perform in-depth analytical tasks, and exhibit a sophisticated understanding of our system.You will have the chance to impact our product at a very early stage, by analyzing the customers data and policy and turning it into complicated service flows, as well as overseeing the automated support system that we build as a whole.

Transforming policies into flow charts by analyzing and understanding the customers data and policies
Code policy conditions as part of the flow charts building
Analyze Tymely’s performance, monitor it, and drive it to its maximum potential
Work close with our clients and engaged with the core business of Tymely
Impact on the product design, find and develop new solutions with the team

2-3 years of experience in data/product/business analysis, with a strong understanding of analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python – MUST
Bachelor’s degree (CS/information systems or equivalent) – MUST
Previous experience as a customer service professional – an advantage
Excellent English – MUST
Great analytic skills with high logical ability – MUST
Dedicated and humble team player with fast learning abilities
