What are my responsibilities?
Preparing orders in SAP, tracking delivery terms. continuous communication with suppliers, full responsibility until payment.
Implement and manage supplier contracts and agreements to meet the specific needs of the business whilst ensuring service continuity and mitigating risk.
Ensure Siemens interests are represented in all competitive sourcing activities leading to continuous improvement in quality, cost, delivery, service and technology.
Drive productivity initiatives within assigned commodities to maximize
Supplier Evaluation: Conducting performance reviews and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Coordinate with relevant parties the supplier onboarding process and documentation.
Evaluate supplier delivery performance and provide feedback to the relevant strategic buyer and management.
Bachelors Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Material Engineering, international trade of economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any equivalent field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing departments & vendor management.
Good Knowledge of SAP in the MM module is preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Professionalism & strong work ethic.
Languages: Hebrew & English must know well.
Multi-tasking skills and problem-solving ability.
