Responsibilities:
As a Procurement Manager, you will:
Strategically reduce company costs and enhance procurement terms.
Serve as the global purchasing focal point, managing end-to-end procurement processes from issue identification to delivery and payment.
Lead contracts and negotiations, collaborating with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, IT, MIS, Security, and R&D.
Effectively manage day-to-day vendor relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery to relevant departments.
Work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle for the tech category, including budgeting, sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, contracting, and cost reduction initiatives.
Conduct and oversee individual sourcing projects, managing them from exploration to operation.
Support and resolve P2P issues in collaboration with Legal, FP&A, and AP teams.
Manage Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), contract summaries, and prepare management presentations and reports.
Handle ad-hoc contracting requests, manage renewals, and monitor contracting needs.
Proven experience in a relevant procurement role, with at least 6+ years in a global indirect procurement position.
Proficiency in English and Hebrew, balancing global and local requirements effectively.
Strong data modeling and analytics skills.
Exceptional project management skills and documentation abilities.
Experience or aptitude to understand contract language.
Familiarity with the tech market, particularly with hardware, SaaS, AWS cloud providers, consultants, and integration companies.
Knowledge of large-scale global and domestic purchasing methods and procedures.
Data analysis skills and good business instincts.
Knowledge of the Hi-Tech industry and market conditions.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities.
