We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Procurement Manager to join our team. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the companys supply of products and services, ensuring that all procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with company policies and objectives. This role involves strategic planning, supplier relationship management, negotiation, and overseeing the entire procurement process from identifying needs to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality goods and services at the best possible cost. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with terms and company standards. Cost Management: Analyze market trends and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings, and lead cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve procurement processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. Budget Management: Prepare, manage, and report on the procurement budget, ensuring that all expenditures are tracked and aligned with the companys financial goals. Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Reporting: Provide regular reports on procurement activities, savings, supplier performance, and other key metrics to senior management.

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
* Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain management principles, practices, and procedures.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing successful teams.
