This position will be responsible for development and execution of the market access strategy and support of pricing, and efforts to ensure successful utilization of company’s products in the private segment.
Responsibilities:
Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and opportunities in the private healthcare segment.
Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate and maximize the private market, increase product uptake, and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with private insurance companies, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in the private sector.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives.
Drive the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns and programs to promote company’s products and services in the private market.
Monitor and assess competitive activities in the private healthcare sector and propose strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management regarding potential collaborations, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities.
Stay up to date with industry regulations, policies, and reimbursement processes related to private healthcare.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and in Hebrew.
Developed network with key decision makers / authorities in Israel, proven ability to communicate and negotiate on value proposition to stakeholders.
Proven track record of at least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
Strong understanding of the private healthcare market landscape, including private insurances and health rights utilization.
Experience in successfully developing and implementing strategies to penetrate new markets and drive revenue growth.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify market trends and business opportunities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of industry regulations, policies, and reimbursement processes related to private healthcare – an advantage.
Experience:
Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with international teams in pharmaceutical companies.
Ability to establish excellent working relationships with cross-functional team, regional and global internal stakeholders and navigate complex matrix environments.
