About the team:
We seek a highly motivated Principal UX Designer to join our team.
You will work on a strategic tool, with promising roadmap and a platform vision.
You will own the product experience, work with Product and Engineering managers to craft and define the product strategy and vision.
Your daily responsibilities include defining workflows, designing the overall experience, conducting user research and interviews, and much more.
What youll do:
Act as a key member of the team and participate in every phase of the process, from strategy to research to design, alongside product managers and engineering leads.
Mentor other designers, build effective working relationships with business partnerships, and lead initiatives.
Synthesize feedback and requirements, extend and create new patterns and concepts, and advocate for elegant customer-focused solutions.
Leverage data to guide decision-making and offer suggestions and inquiries on how to research and measure the success of work.
Design, organize, and facilitate design thinking sessions to promote customer-centered solutions.
Coordinate or lead cross-functional exploration, analysis, and problem-solving efforts involving multiple complex systems and multiple stakeholders.
Guide teams in using a holistic approach to clarify patterns, cycles, dependencies, and relationships.
Serve as a key resource and expert within the organization and communicate effectively with stakeholders about the design process and its outcomes.
Lead design and optimizes broad-based content, products, services, and systems based on a strong understanding of both experience objectives and needs throughout the customer journey.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience designing as a senior individual contributor for mobile and web applications.
A strong passion and experience working with complex systems backed by a record of strong UX and visual design skills.
Experience evolving and maintaining collaborative design systems with Design & Engineering stakeholders.
Broad knowledge of information architecture principles.
Expert in human-centered design, with extensive knowledge and experience applying various techniques throughout the design process.
Effective communication and presentation skills – written, verbal, and visual (Fluent in Hebrew and English).
Comfortable in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Experience working in multi-product B2B SaaS environments is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Architecture, Construction, and/or Engineering workflows.
Knowledge of Autodesk software.
Mastery of Figma.
Design experience for large-scale enterprise-level cloud solutions.
