* Oversee the engineering department in research and design initiatives, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
* Plan and execute engineering strategies that align with Chargeflow's goals and objectives.
* Design and implement the infrastructure of the system including the ingestion, algorithms, performance optimizations, and interactive applications.
* Build a highly scalable data platform for diversified and complex data flows.

Requirements:
What It Takes:
* 8+ years of experience in backend software development with TypeScript, NodeJS – must!
* 2+ years of experience in technical leadership roles – must
* 4+ years of experience with AWS cloud Serverless infrastructures and architectures – must
* Experience in designing and maintaining event-driven Microservices – must
* Deep expertise with products like API Gateway, Lambda, CloudFormation, SAM, EventBridge.
* Several years of experience designing with both NoSQL, specifically MongoDB and relational databases.
* Experience in building infrastructure, choosing and integrating tools and best practices around development speed, velocity and standardization
