The ideal candidate will facilitate the journey from initial customer engagement to the order stage, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of communication and processes.

1. Generating and issuing price quotation to customers.
2. Offering comprehensive support to our Sales Engineers throughout the sales cycle.
3. Conducting thorough assessments to understand and clarify customer needs, collaborating closely with the responsible sales engineer.
4. Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
5. Upholding business interests in all dealings with customers and suppliers.
6. Ensuring effective communication within the engineering team and other company departments.
7. Active participation in sales departmental meetings to align strategies and objectives.
8. Adhering strictly to established work procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
Proficiency in using Priority ERP software.
A solid understanding of the B2B market dynamics.
Prior experience in customer service and procurement roles.
