We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Manager to lead our pre-sale activities in one of the most crucial and technically sophisticated regions of our company.

you will:
Lead Pre-Sales Activities: ** Oversee pre-sales efforts in a key region, showcasing our technical prowess and driving business growth.
Manage a Skilled Team: ** Lead a team of highly skilled and deeply technical pre-sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Engage with Customers: ** Conduct impactful commercial and technical sessions, product demonstrations, and presentations that captivate and persuade clients.
Support Pricing Strategy: ** Contribute to the development and execution of our pricing strategy, ensuring competitive and attractive commercial offerings.
Collaborate with Account Managers: ** Provide crucial insights and support to account managers on all commercial and technical aspects of client accounts.
Deliver Product Presentations: ** Conduct compelling product presentations and proofs of concept (POCs) for prospects, customers, and distributors.
Support RFI/RFP Responses: ** Work with the RFI/RFP response team throughout the sales cycle, including requirements mapping, high-level solution design, solution sizing, budgeting, and pricing strategy.
Develop Business Cases: ** Collaborate with customers, partners, and the product business unit to create relevant and persuasive business cases.

Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in pre-sales engineering and product management.
7-10+ years of experience interfacing with engineering product management and sales organizations
Managerial experience
Excellent English communication and presentation skills – A must
A proficient public speaker with the ability to deliver the message clearly to a technical audience and C-level executives alike.
Proven ability to handle deadlines and manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and time frames.
Travel up to 30%
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in pre-sales engineering and product management.
7-10+ years of experience interfacing with engineering product management and sales organizations
