Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electrical systems for multirotor drones, including power distribution, control systems, and communication interfaces.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical components with mechanical and hardware systems.
Design and oversee the manufacturing of cables and connectors for the platform, ensuring they meet design specifications and performance requirements.
Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in prototypes and production models.
Develop and maintain documentation for electrical designs, schematics, and testing procedures.
Ensure electromagnetic interference (EMI) standards are met and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
Assist in the selection and sourcing of electrical components and materials.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into our products. Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering (practical) or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and testing electrical systems, preferably in the UAV or aerospace industry.
Proficiency in using CAD software for schematic design and layout.
Strong understanding of electrical components, circuits, and power systems.
Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, and communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Skills:
