Main Responsibilities:
Setting, optimizing and scaling campaigns on Taboola and Outbrain in order to achieve company goals
Identifying trends in Real-Time and taking action accordingly
Generate performance reports for all major metrics, goals and KPIs
Provide creative suggestions and ad ideas
Run ongoing A/B Testing on different activity parameters

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing performance-based campaigns on Outbrain and Taboola – a must.
Experience in managing large-scale advertising budgets and delivering successful results – a must.
Experience in B2C campaign management – a must.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, Vlookup, and advanced formulas for data manipulation and analysis.
A can-do approach, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
