The opportunity
The Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for creating Teva Canada projects (Generics and Innovative Medicines) in our Global project management tool (PLM) and ensure the information is updated as needed. This individual will also be responsible to create business cases for all new Gx projects using our standard template, update existing ones, upload the business cases to our IM consolidated tool and monitor updates to ensure they are up to date. In doing so, this role will also recommend changes based on analysis and reports created to support decision making. Furthermore, this role will help with efficiencies by providing automation solutions as possible between the difference data sources and systems we use internally. 
How you’ll spend your day
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 

Create and monitor PLM projects for Teva Canada

Create a new project for each candidate for both the Portfolio and the BD teams
Update as needed the submission date, approval date and launch date
Monitor projects and provide timely reporting to internal stakeholders
Liaise with internal team to ensure all dates and status are reflected    
 

Create/Upload/Analyze business cases for Pipeline projects

Create business cases for new Pipeline asset and establish key assumptions with internal stakeholders
Upload business cases to IMBC and validate inputs between business case and IMBC numbers.
Ensure alignment between PLM and business cases dates (assumptions)
Automate manual tasks as possible to build efficiencies around tools over time
Support management with internal intellectual property management database
