As a PMO Operations , you will be:
Plan, manage and lead technological and operational projects to ensure solution delivery within the required standards
Define, improve and implement organizational processes and procedures in an agile environment
Plan and manage IT and Operations departments yearly budget
Work with a cross-functional attitude, to include multiple factors, such as IT, R&D, customer support, operations, supply chain, finance, HR and business to optimize processes and results
Ensure processes and action plans are in place to meet predefined goals
Identify trends and issues within service, utilization, logistics and facility industries
Maintain risk management and mitigation plans
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in BCs, industrial engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in technological project management
Data driven, analytical and agile mindset
Result-orientated attitude
Superb time management and problem-solving skills as well as creativity and independency
Fluency in English and presentation skill a must
