The position
Mobileye is seeking for a Customer Support Engineer to assist leading automotive companies (OEMs) in deploying Mobileye products. This role involves analyzing complex systems and collaborating with development teams to drive effective solutions.
What will your job look like?
Act as the technical liaison for platform software issues
Analyze and troubleshoot system problems, including Ethernet, sensor connectivity, software updates, and vehicle communication
Collaborate with Mobileye SW teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues
Support the development of innovative automotive products, including autonomous vehicle
All you need is:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system debugging/testing in the automotive industry
Knowledge of vehicle topology and ECU system architecture
Strong skills in Ethernet communication, CANFD, ETH, SOMEIP, and tools like CANoe
Strong experience in Ethernet communication and service-oriented architecture
Willing to travel within Germany/Europe
Proficient in English
Preferred qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in automotive system/SW/validation, preferably with ADAS products
Experience with multi-SOC ECUs, AUTOSAR, and network management
Advanced debugging skills for field issues
