Responsibilities:
Responsible for carrying out and executing production plans according to companys objectives.
Manage the operational production team, overseeing every step and rectifying errors as needed.
Have a keen eye for detail and optimize the production process by making continuous improvements.
Collaborate with engineering, supply, and customer success teams to ensure operational efficiency and improve the overall customer experience.
Serve as the key liaison between production, engineering, and customer support to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Foster strong relationships with manufacturing contractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality, timeline, and budgets.
Convert forecasts and orders into production plans.
Tracking shortages and fix them in a timely manner.
Uphold industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of our team and the quality of our output.
Maintain industry standards, quality standards, and safety protocols to ensure the teams well-being.
Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or a similar field.
Previous experience in production management and planning within the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in a high-tech or EMS company.
Team management experience.
Hands-on experience in project management within a production environment, including the development and successful implementation of efficient work plans.
Ability to manage and drive internal and external affairs in a systematic manner.
Proven ability to lead and mentor the team. In addition, maximize employee potential through effective collaboration and shared innovation.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with industry-standard quality control principles, regulations, and safety protocols.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used in production planning and management.
