How you’ll spend your day
Serves as the main contact for suppliers, managing component procurement for production.
Reviews and releases planned orders, generates purchase orders, and submits them to vendors.
Monitors and adjusts purchase orders and scheduling agreements to meet production needs.
Adapts procurement plans based on production schedules and forecasts.
Identifies and resolves long-term material availability issues.
Coordinates special deliveries and communicates expected arrival dates.
Supports receipt/invoice discrepancy resolution with internal teams.
Maintains optimal inventory levels and ERP procurement parameters.
Ensures compliance with company standards, including cGMP and safety regulations
Your experience and qualifications
University degree in Business Administration/Economics or similar.
2+ years of professional experience in the Planning or Purchasing department.
Experience in working with strict deadlines with high attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills in an international environment;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and BI;
Customer orientation, Strong multi-tasking capabilities; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently;
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
