Our CTO Group is looking for a Physicist with broad exposure to multiple technologies, strong expertise in experimental ultrafast optics, and knowledge of semiconductor process control and fabrication.
As a New-Tech Physicist, you will conduct concept and feasibility research independently and in collaboration with external partners. Your work will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies into our innovation pipeline.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
Lead and conduct early-stage research projects to explore, validate, and develop new technological concepts.
Identify emerging industry needs and scout, evaluate, and recommend disruptive technologies to address them.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including academia and industry, to drive feasibility studies and concept development.
Influence our strategic direction by introducing novel, high-impact ideas into the technology portfolio.
