We are looking for a Pharma Coordinator. The role involves Managing all administrative work in the unit, logistics of conferences held in Israel and abroad, promotion materials, procurement, budget, and more. Documenting all files and approvals following the companys compliance guidelines and policies. Works closely with suppliers in Israel and abroad.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to unit employees and back-office service to field employees.
* Handle administrative & logistic details of conferences in Israel and abroad.
* Responsible for all administration regarding scientific and marketing events – including lecture and consultancy agreements, venue catering, and ordering professional articles and literature.
* Handle travel logistics, including booking airline tickets, hotels, and restaurants for the unit's employees.
* Book hotels and manage conference registration for HCPs, and handle all administration according to compliance guidelines.
* Give support with promotional materials and graphics including booth designs for conferences.
* Responsible for all logistics concerning overseas guests (refreshments, meeting room arrangements, etc.).
* Keep contact with suppliers in Israel and abroad.
* Work according to the company`s code of ethics and compliance guidelines and policies.
* Manage and follow up on the units expenses, including invoice budgets, payment transfers, and liaison with economists regarding budget transfers.
* Take part in the coordinators working groups and forums.
