Were looking for a highly organized and people-oriented Personal Assistant to provide personalized support to our Executive team.
This role focuses on task tracking, coordination, and personal assistance.
Please note this in an On-site role from our TLV office
What you will do
Assist our CEO with personal and day-to-day support needs
Track tasks and follow up on action items to ensure execution
Support executive team members with administrative and logistical tasks
Help coordinate personal errands and scheduling as needed
Maintain ongoing communication while ensuring discretion and confidentiality
Manage executive offsites in Israel and abroad
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Proficiency in office tools, such as Google Calendar and apps
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
High level of professionalism, discretion, and work ethics
Positive, proactive, and service-oriented personality
Flexibility to work beyond regular hours and be available on weekends if needed
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
