We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant to work with our founder, who is also the founder of a political organization, and his partner, a well-known CEO in the Israeli industry.
The PA will be a significant part of a journey including startup building as well as political activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating major meetings, managing broad social media activities, travel arrangements, family administration, and handling various matters and tasks with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
This part-time position requires a 50% commitment, great for students, with high flexibility, mostly WFH (1-2 times a week from the offices in Herzliya), and a great opportunity to learn and develop from and with senior persons in the local systems.

Logistics and Operations: Manage logistics and operational tasks as needed occasionally.

Excellent time management and organizational skills, including prioritizing tasks.
Creative mindset and can-do approach.
Availability to handle urgent matters after formal business hours, per need.
Fluent in both English and Hebrew.
You have a sense of ownership and can take projects E2E.
