* Use data and insights to measure cultural impact and recommend improvements.
* Collaborate with executives to connect people, purpose, and performance.
* Leverage storytelling and communication to bring culture and strategy to life.

* 4 years of experience in Employee Experience or Culture Strategy in a global company.
* Proven ability to design and implement initiatives that connect culture with business outcomes.
* Strong analytical and communication skills able to translate data into insights and action.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. Proficiency with AI tools for research, design, and communication is a must
* Creative, curious, and passionate about Employee Experience and culture innovation.
