What will you actually be doing?
Prepare and review the monthly payroll output, reconcile, prepare JEs for the ERP system, and prepare an analytical report (for both global and hourly employees).
Prepare the monthly attendance report using the attendance system, which you will oversee.
Calculate social funds, tax, and pension insurance deductions.
Manage payroll activities and notices related to the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Work closely with the People team regarding onboarding (101 forms), automating processes, and providing ad-hoc support.
Be the focal point for employees payroll inquiries.
Responsible for submitting military service claims to social security.
Be responsible for submitting 102 reports (social security, pension, tax, etc.).
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all payroll and financial data.
Certified Payroll Controller in Israel.
At least 5 years of global payroll accounting experience in international high-tech companies.
Experience in managing payroll and attendance processes in a high-growth global organization.
Deep knowledge of personal income tax legislation, labor code, and social benefits.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively to deliver timely and high-quality work products.
Experience in managing payroll in a high-growth global organization.
Experience working with global payroll providers like Mazars and TriNet.
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, service-oriented.
