Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline
Deep expertise in Israeli payroll operations – solid understanding of local tax regulations and legislative requirements
Consistent track record of deadline-oriented delivery with meticulous attention to quality and detail
Fluency in English and Hebrew – strong written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience with HILAN – familiarity with Israel's national payroll system and submission processes.
