What will you do?
Professional Lead of the Payroll team as well as take responsibility for processing payroll and post payroll activities.
Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports, ensuring compliance with local tax authorities and be the contact person responsible for TAX and authorities reports and with the social security institute.
Responsibility of the Employee life cycle in payroll and pension environment.
Work with the pension agency and health insurance company.
Manage and control the shadow payroll yearly and monthly process from payroll perspective.
Keep updated of relevant local regulatory and policies changes in regards to payroll and pension.
Support complex payroll related topics.
Analyze variances in payroll elements and report to management.
Handle attendance reports and input data into the payroll system.
Work closely with the finance and accounting departments to ensure proper management of payroll.
Be the focal point and interface with HR regarding all relevant aspects.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
8+ years payroll experience Payroll certificate is a must.
Strong working knowledge of local regulations and policies.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines timely and accurately.
Ability to proactively diagnose and solve complex problems and simultaneously manage several initiatives.
Cross-functional experience working in multiple functional areas.
Strong verbal and written skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
High knowledge and experience with Hilan, Hilanet and Ofek- a must!
High knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Advance English level in verbal and writing.
Strong analytical skills.
Workday system knowledge advantage.
