What you'll do:
Own and manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process.
Ensure accurate salary calculations, deductions, and reporting (Income Tax, National Insurance, etc.).
Provide professional and timely responses to employee payroll inquiries.
Collect, validate, and process payroll data (attendance, benefits, deductions).
Maintain compliance with Israeli labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Collaborate with HR to ensure up-to-date and accurate employee records.
Prepare reconciliations and payroll-related reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Act as point of contact with tax authorities, pension providers, and auditors.
Support internal and external audits, as well as ad-hoc financial projects.
Identify opportunities to optimize payroll processes and implement improvements.
Certified Payroll Accountant.
3+ years of hands-on payroll experience in a high- tech company.
Proven experience managing payroll for at least300 employees – must.
Strong expertise in Hilan and Hashavit – must.
Experience with NetSuite – strong advantage.
Advanced Excel skills – must.
Deep knowledge of Israeli payroll laws, tax regulations, and labor compliance.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Experience managing timesheet tracking and follow-ups with employees and managers.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
