In this role, you will utilize your expertise in Hilan, Hilanet, Excel, and SAP to onboard new hires into the payroll system, manage attendance updates, follow up on employees' educational funds, submit reports to HR, and uphold high-performance standards while delivering exceptional services to employees.
Key Responsibilities
Attendance/Absence tracking and updating in attendance system and in payroll system
General updates in payroll system personal details, payments, charges etc.
Creating new employees in payroll system and attendance system
Operating and dealing with Educational and Pension funds (Including 161 forms)
Providing on-going service for employees in Payroll related questions
Managing all aspects related to employees in Military Service
Payroll Accountants certificate from the ministry of accountants – must
1-2 years of experience in payroll department
Excellent level of Excel
High English level- working in a computerized environment in English
Customer service oriented
Committed and hard worker
