We're seeking a passionate and experienced Partners Development Associate to join our dynamic team.
The Partners Development Associate will be a key member of the Partnership Team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating various partnership projects and key integrations.
You will work closely with internal teams (R&D, Product, Operations, Sales and Marketing) and external partners to ensure successful project execution, meeting project objectives, and achieving desired outcomes. You will play a crucial role in contributing to the success of our strategic partnerships and alliances and drive new revenue for the company.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments
Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks, taking proactive measures to address them
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Partnership Coordination:
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, fostering collaboration and trust
Coordinate with partners to align project goals and deliverables, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Manage partner expectations and address any concerns or issues that may arise
Internal Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitoring their progress and providing guidance as needed
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular project status reports and provide updates to relevant stakeholders
Analyze project data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in project management.

Requirements:
In order to be great at this job, youll need:
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience working as management consultant, associate or analyst, preferably in Partnerships or Pre-Sales development roles within the SaaS industry
Demonstrated experience working with SaaS companies, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
Experience with technology and technical projects, including software development, integrations, and cloud-based solutions
Proven experience managing integrations between different systems or platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in project management tools and software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
