Position Responsibilities:
Work closely with the CEO on day-to-day tasks.
Communicate with clients and prospects via email, phone, and in-person.
Ongoing management of the companys social networks (posts, articles, updates, etc.).
Handle email correspondence, follow-ups, and coordination.
Writing articles, posts and communication messages.
Monitoring improving the performance of online activities (e.g., posts, articles, emails, leads).
Requirements:
Key Qualifications:
Fluency in Hebrew and English (both spoken and written) is a must.
Bachelors degree required (Masters degree or advanced studies preferred).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
Previous experience in managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, facebook, etc.)
Experience in UX design agencies, tech environments, or similar industries is a plus.
Friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to manage relationships with high-profile clients.
Highly motivated, dedicated, and eager to contribute to the continued growth of the company.
