We are looking for a Paid Acquisition Specialist to join its growing team. We're looking for someone who can create, scale, and optimize high-volume PPC campaigns in various search channels.
The PPC Campaign Manager is responsible for our paid search campaigns including the development of overall strategy, innovation, optimization, and ROI analysis. You are a results-oriented individual who can maximize the performance of each campaign to achieve the companys growth goals. The environment is fast-paced and teamwork-oriented.
The candidate must be super analytical, independent, an out-of-the-box thinker, and a quick learner. If you have a proven record of success with a large paid search budget, have a great passion for PPC, and have at least 3 year of experience, come and join us.

Develop and maintain a monthly media plan, strategically allocating budget across all campaigns to maximize ROI.
Leverage analytics tools to continuously optimize the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve clicks, conversions, and ROI.
Monitor, analyze, and report on paid search campaign performances, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in PPC/SEM and digital marketing to ensure cutting-edge strategy implementation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid search strategies with overall marketing objectives and company goals.

Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in Exact Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience managing global paid search campaigns on Google Ads.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for large data analysis.
Demonstrated proficiency in using analytics tools for campaign analysis and decision-making.
A self-starter with the ability to multitask effectively and maintain close attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and reporting.
A proven team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute positively to a team environment.
