Job Description: The Packaging team leader will join a department responsible for packaging syringes, assembling syringe components, and conducting visual quality inspections post-filling.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily management and operation of the unit, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Ensuring the implementation of the work plan within the visual inspection team and the automatic packaging line, focusing on operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and meeting the work schedule. Motivating employees in a complex environment. Supporting the professional development of the team. Writing procedures, conducting investigations, and handling records (deviations, CAPA, changes). Operating the automatic packaging line when needed. Leading processes and diverse work teams across various interfaces. Providing technical and professional solutions. Working according to procedures and protocols. Coordinating unit operations on the packaging floor. Documenting findings in a computerized system. Working in compliance with GMP regulations. Full-time position: 08:00-17:00.

Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Biotechnology. At least two years of experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry, with an advantage for experience in leading processes and managing tasks. Familiarity with eBR and Oracle systems is an advantage. Knowledge of safety, quality, and operational excellence. Experience in managing work teams. Proven ability to motivate and lead processes. Diligence and a strong work ethic. Good command of English. Strong ability to create and maintain diverse work interfaces. Significant advantage for technical background. Assertiveness and patience.
