Analyze and Improve Processes:

Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years as an L&OD expert, preferably in a consulting or global tech company.
M.A in Organizational Psychology/Sociology/ Consulting.
Mastery of OD applications, and group processes.
Data analysis and use of data to generate solutions for org problems
Mastery of learning solutions, use of AI for effectively design and develop
Integrated approach for Learning and Org development
Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management and collaboration with many stakeholders in a high pace environment.
Lifelong learner, curious, who is up-to-date with the best practices.
Fluent English (verbal and written).
Minimum of 4 years as an L&OD expert, preferably in a consulting or global tech company.
