Responsibilities:
Develop and implement organizational development practices aligned with the company's mission, vision, and goals.
Initiate and lead organizational development programs based on the needs of the Product House organization.
Design and deliver leadership development programs to build leadership capabilities at all levels.
Manage an annual OD work plan, including gap analysis, planning initiatives, content development, vendor and budget management, and process improvement.
Lead global performance management processes, talent management programs, and innovation initiatives.
Partner with HR and business leaders to align organizational development initiatives with business needs.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of organizational development programs and initiatives.
Promote continuous learning and development opportunities across the organization.

7 + years of experience in OD in high tech companies, preferably in global software companies.
Experience in rolling out end-to-end programs around change management, leadership development, top talents and engagement surveys.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build strong relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development / Psychology / Social Science or related field. A master's degree is preferred.
