Were seeking an Organizational Development & Learning Manager who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and people growth. Youll partner with HRBPs and business leaders to turn strategic priorities into dynamic development and learning programs. Youll drive talent management, high performing culture, leadership development and people engagement. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone passionate about shaping a culture of raising the bar, accelerating AI first and making a real difference across our company corporate projects.
This role is part of the OD&L team and reports to the Global Director of Organizational Development & Learning unit.

Content design expertise: A refined ability to craft OD programs, develop content from diverse sources by crystallizing a leading idea into precise, high-quality knowledge.
AI-driven solutions: Leverages AI tools to design, optimize, and deliver innovative learning programs and talent processes.
High-velocity execution: Operates effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives and cross-functional projects simultaneously.
