Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and track progress against annual business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), translating strategic goals into actionable operational plans
* Leverage quantitative and qualitative data analysis to derive actionable insights. Communicate these findings effectively to leadership through compelling presentations and project management tools
* Lead time-sensitive strategic projects, excelling in ambiguous situations. You will prioritize the scope and approach to ensure a successful resolution
* Partner effectively across departments, including Finance, legal, Marketing and field operation, to manage and execute strategic projects
* Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial sustainability.
* Support executive communications and engagements, playing a key role in shaping the agendas for executive meetings
* Design and implement best practices in business operations, streamlining processes and driving efficiency across the organization

Qualifications
* BA in Business, Economics, Education or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in operations or relevant experience
* Highly proficient in English
* Proven experience in planning and leading complex projects in a dynamic environment
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Ability to take initiative and work autonomously to structure & solve strategic problems
* Ability to digest large volumes of information and synthesize key takeaways
* Superior critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and understanding of strategic frameworks & concepts
* High level experience and knowledge working with excel, Canva and other related tools
