As an Operations Manager you will manage end-to-end all the companies administrative needs and push forward multiple aspects of the companys activities. As an intersection between our partners, internal teams and external legal and finance service providers youll need to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously to get things done and meet deadlines with ease.
Responsibilities:
* Work with our partners procurement teams around the globe to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding to their systems.
* Manage end to end admin company's expenses & budgets (invoices, billings, expenses).
* Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that projects are completed smoothly and efficiently.
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as receiving deliveries, scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars, ensuring everything is well-maintained and stocked.
* Arranging off-sites and welfare activities: happy hours, events, gifts for employees, toasts, lectures, and other fun events.
* Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workspaces, setting up equipment, and providing necessary resources.

* Experience in working with supply vendors, including handling purchases, invoices, and price offers.
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
* Highly organized, with acute attention to detail and a passion for maintaining a polished and professional office environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew. Native English – an advantage.
* Strong problem-solving skills, fast thinking & result oriented.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* A true people person with great interpersonal skills and a friendly, empathetic demeanor.
