The Operational Excellence (OpX) Director, a member of the PWI leadership team, will lead the business operational excellence culture and performance by adopting, developing and executing strategies and processes to improve and achieve best-in-class safety, quality, delivery and cost performance for all Israel site activities. This includes development and execution activities in the Manufacturing Engineering (ME), Industrial Engineering (IE), and CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence)/Lean disciplines. This is a highly visible role at the site, interfacing with senior leadership across the organization.
The OpX Director will be responsible for all 7 OpX pillars: Design for Manufacturing | Engineered Processes | Process Control | Integrated Quality Validation | Lean | Automation | Industry 4.0.

Drive operations excellence culture change in PWI with and alignment and common PWA/ C OpX methodology, tools and practices.
Adopt PWA/ C OpX playbook and adapt to PWI growth goals
Manage the PWI OpX direct and indirect teams and activities
Identify opportunities for processes improvement in PWI and drive for improvement strategies and execution with clear and close KPI management.
Adopt, adapt and develop LEAN, CORE, standard production system (SPS), Continuous Improvement operating systems and thrive in a highly visible and dynamic setting while providing clear and crisp communication with PWI and PWA leadership and cross functional teams such as: ME, IE, QA, QE, Production
