Key responsibilities:
The PMO will be responsible for the central planning and execution, release, and adoption of business projects.
Serving as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
Leading cross-functional and cross-organizational projects and initiatives to support the business goals.
Working closely with the CEO and taking an active part in the management leadership; constantly shape and improve our way of work to support the domain and company business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and priorities projects based on organizational goals and resource availability
Coordinate and facilitate project reviews, audits, and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Manage project documentation and knowledge repositories, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance project delivery capabilities and efficiency.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial or equivalent
5+ years of experience in PMO
Fluent in Hebrew and English both written and verbal
Strong presentation and communication skills
Decision making, task prioritization, and on-time delivery capabilities
Lead without authority skills
Independent, thinks outside the box, presentable, excellent interpersonal skills
Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
