Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a well-organized work environment
Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications
Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events
Document Management: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
Financial Administration: Assist with basic accounting tasks, including processing invoices and tracking expenses

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Ability to work under pressure

Fluent in Hebrew and English- must!
