About The Position · Office front desk administrator, working hours: 08:00-17:00. · Responsible for company reception, warmly greet visitors to our facility. · Office administration and support processes and procedures. · Help schedule meetings and conference calls, answer calls. · Point person for maintenance, supplies, equipment, bills, office emergencies etc. · Support the corporate functions like finance/ operations etc. · Research and books flights, ground transportation and hotel accommodations for business trips, and provide travelers with directions and destination information. Also, communicate with relevant travel agencies to produce travel itineraries. · Act as a liaison with vendors, service providers (cleaning, phones, car leasing, internet etc.). · Handling the day to day employee inquiries. · Performing other relevant duties when needed.
