What you’ll be doing
Responsibilities:
Full office responsibility handle day-to-day issues for all office and employees needs, including office maintenance and appearance
Interact with service providers and vendors Responsible for ordering equipment, food, and other supplies
Handle administrative activities cleaning, mailing, deliveries, parking, etc.
Initiate proactive processes to improve the employee experience including Plan the company events, Happy Hours, fun days, and local activities, and personal care.
Assist with back office bookkeeping and personal IT equipment.
Support onboarding/off-boarding process.
Manage and coordinate daily schedules.

Requirements:
Previous relevant experience in administrative & welfare roles – A Must!
Good verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew & English
Proficient with MS Office applications, in particular Excel
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Meticulous attention to details.
