In this role, you will be working on various administrative functions to support corporate activities such as office management and human resource processes.
Position Description:
– Serve as the focal point at the front desk for employees, managers and guests’ operational and administrative needs (Equipment, deliveries, supply, coordination between internal and external interfaces, etc.)
– Manage and coordinate the operation of the workspace monitoring and improving our employee’s and visitors work environment experience by making sure it is maintained at the highest level. We expect you to make independent and solid decisions and manage the resources granted to you.
– Take ownership for employee experience (hold events, celebrate holidays, Initiate and implement initiatives to improve employee well-being, and many more.)
– Manage, contract, and cooperate with office vendors and service providers.
– Managing diaries/calendars and organizing meetings and appointments.
– Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
– At least 2 years of relevant experience
– Great communication skills. The job requires working with ALL company employees, including management.
– Team player encourages feedback and collaboration, responsive, service-oriented.
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Able to multitask, prioritize and balance a complex workload and be adaptive and flexible to frequently change business needs.
– Living in the areas surrounding Caesarea
– Excellent English, both verbal and written.
