As an Obesity Sales Representative at Novo Nordisk, you will represent the organization and promote our obesity products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other public institutions. You will directly report to Field Sales Manager. Your main accountabilities will include:
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Identifying potential customers and build strong relationships with existing customers.
Conducting sales activities, including product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet customer needs.
Providing accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and market trends.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in field sales for at least 1 year in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
Fluency in Hebrew and English.
