What you'll be doing:
Perform DFM for products and jigs.
Production line quality management.
Develop and validate the production process for each project type.
Engineering issues real-time problem-solving to enable contentious production.
Plan and build robust process flow to allow the transfer of products to mass production project management from the design stage until mass production readiness.
What we need to see:
B.Sc. or equivalent experience. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
2+ years of relevant experience.
Production processes such as SMT and electro-mechanical integration.
Experience in leading projects in the electro-mechanical field, CMs/vendors management, Project management, production management, or quality leader at CMs site.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Well organized and have a keen eye for details.
Excellent English, reading, and writing.
Relevant Courses: Project management (advantage), Quality/process-related courses.
