Skills and Responsibilities:
* Maintain, operate, and act upon central monitoring systems while watching multiple environments and technologies
* Configure and maintain multiple server platforms as required
* Familiarity with Advanced Network Environments such as Windows/ Linux, and hosting facility (Cloud)
* Log and API analysis, Simple development tasks
* General problem-solving and complex system analysis.

Requirements:
Ideal Candidate:
* We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual with great communication skills to join our support team in Israel
* The ideal candidate will be a sophomore, junior, or senior currently enrolled in a bachelors degree Program with a concentration in Computer Science
* Last year of studying bachelors degree(3)- Computer Science from a university- with an average of at least 80
* English speaker with excellent written and Perfect verbal skills- a must
* We are looking for an individual that can be available around 25-28 hours per week. Two -Three-night shifts (8 pm 5 am), and including Friday morning/evening shifts and /or during a week. Training will take place during the day.
