Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a shift, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to the team's procedures. Monitor and manage shift operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to maintain seamless 24/7 operations. Serve as a point of contact between shift staff and management, reporting any significant incidents, managing escalations, and coordinating with higher-level support teams as needed (Internally and Externally).? Maintaining the knowledge base, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve NOC processes and effectiveness.? Incident management Detection, Analysis, Notification, Reaction until resolution, Documentation Provide training and guidance to new and existing NOC engineers and support professional development initiatives for the team. Ensuring that NOC tools and technologies are properly maintained and updated.
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities. Leading by example and fostering a positive work environment. At least 1-year experience as a NOC, or part of any operational team – a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills – an advantage Willingness to work in shifts (including nights and weekends) – a must Familiarity with the online industry and operations of the organization – an advantage Familiarity with monitoring tools – an advantage Ability to analyze data and correlation for technical issues. Ability to collaborate with colleagues across different shifts and departments. Effective multitasking and organizational abilities Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure Full position (5 shifts)
