* Strong technical background
* Fluent English speaker – must
* Available for 2-3 shifts per week, including night shifts
* Willingness to work Monday – Friday Preferred Skills:
* Experience with Python, Linux, HF/Radio technologies, or Cisco networking – major advantage
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced technical setting
