we are seeking a NOC Operator We are looking for a motivated team player to join our Technical Support and infrastructure team, providing Real-Time monitoring and support in an advanced, 24/7 technological environment- Ideal for Students! The role includes:
* Monitoring and controlling diverse server environments, systems, and infrastructures.
* Providing Real-Time Technical Support to internal and international clients (Israel & abroad).
* Troubleshooting complex technical issues and working closely with system Admins.
* Working in a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights and weekends. The position is located in the Holon area.

* Previous experience in Technical Support or Help desk – Required
* 1st or 2nd-year student in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – Required
* High-level English and Hebrew (verbal and written)
* Ability to commit to a 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends.
* Experience with Windows Server/ Linux or Infrastructure setup – Advantage
* Previous experience in Technical Support or Help desk – Required
