Network support for WAN, Campus LAN , Wireless and Datacenter devices
Hands-on troubleshooting experience in following Routing Protocols EIGRP, OSPF and BGP
Network hardware platform support for Cisco Nexus, Wireless (Cisco/Aruba) Riverbed, Cisco ACI, SD-WAN and F5 load balancers.
Provide level 3 support for network services and requests.
Installation/upgradation of network hardware and software.
Proactively monitor, analyze and ensure performance and availability.
Respond to critical network incidents and take ownership of the tickets and work through to resolution.
Perform configuration changes and maintenance activities.
Represent changes in CAB meetings.
Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
