Responsibilities:
Network Management:
* Design, implement, and maintain the organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and wireless network infrastructure.
* Ensure network connectivity, availability, and performance meet business requirements. Infrastructure Management:
* Manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and data centers.
* Optimize infrastructure resources to support business operations and growth. Team Leadership:
* Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, system administrators, and infrastructure specialists.
* Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to foster professional development and ensure high performance. Security and Compliance:
* Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect the organization's network and infrastructure assets.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS. Vendor Management:
* Evaluate and select vendors and technology solutions that align with the organization's network and infrastructure strategy.
* Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs). Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:
* Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to minimize the impact of potential disruptions to business operations.
* Conduct regular tests and drills to validate the effectiveness of recovery plans. Budgeting and Planning:
* Prepare and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with business objectives.
* Forecast future infrastructure needs and recommend investment strategies to support growth and innovation.
* Proven experience in network and infrastructure management, with at least [3 years] of leadership experience.
* Strong technical expertise in networking technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), server administration, virtualization, and cloud computing.
* Experience with network security principles and practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security solutions.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or equivalent are desirable.
* Experience working in global companies is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
