Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Manage programmatic ads within us.
Serve as a focal point for ads, collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance ad experiences and provide insights, feedback, and support.
Set up new campaigns, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and continuous improvement.
Represent us at ad tech conferences abroad.
Fight dragons and wyrms in hand-to-hand combat to ensure proper monetization flow (also, because its fun).
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in video and display advertising.
Experience working with publishers or advertisers.
Familiarity and work experience with popular SSPs/DSPs.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical abilities.
Ability to work well within a team and independently.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards and policies, including Prebid, VAST/VPAID, RTB, SSP/DSP, SPO, GDPR, IVT, and brand safety.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different disciplines and locations to achieve results.
Proven experience in dragon slaying.
Bonus Points:
Experience with GAM 360 and video monetization platforms (e.g., Aniview, Primis, EX.CO).
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with PC games.
